Mit-OH Mitragynine Tablets
150mg
Let's not dance around it. If you're here, something you relied on is gone, and you want to know what's actually close.
Mit-OH is our answer. It is not 7-OH; it won't be identical, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you a letdown. What it is: the closest thing available on the market, built deliberately for people coming from concentrated products like 7-Hydro and Oxonol.
ChromaPure-purified mitragynine, paired with Corydalis yanhusuo (13-OH) and paraxanthine. Split-scored, lab-tested, and made in our own US facility. Built for what's next.

What Makes Mit-OH Different
Most products claiming to fill this gap are doing one of two things: cranking up the milligrams and hoping volume substitutes for character, or isolating a novel compound and betting regulators won't notice. At Real Botanicals, we believe in a different approach.
Mit-OH takes the more difficult route. We started with what people actually valued about concentrated products — the directness, the clarity, the sense that something specific was happening rather than a general haze. So we built Mit-OH toward that feeling using compounds that hold up. ChromaPure extraction gives us a defined mitragynine profile combined with Corydalis and paraxanthine that deliver the experience people are searching for.
It's a direct formulation answer to a formulation problem. Not a workaround or loophole – real botanicals for real results.
Purpose-built for experienced users, not adapted from something else
Defined alkaloid profile, batch after batch
Two strengths, one serving size — no recalculating
Clean, tested, contaminant-free
No 7-OH, no novel isolates, no regulatory tightrope
What's Inside Mit-OH
MIT (Mitragyna speciosa) = The Foundation
Mitragynine is the primary alkaloid in the kratom leaf, and the compound most of kratom's traditional use is built around. In Southeast Asia, where the tree is native, leaves have been chewed and brewed for generations thanks to the mitragynine naturally available in the plant itself.
What's in Mit-OH isn't crude leaf powder. It's a ChromaPure-purified extract with a defined alkaloid profile, which is what allows every serving to mean the same thing every single time. Raw plant material varies with harvest, region, and season; purified extract doesn't. This is the difference between a product that works and a product you can rely on.
13-OH (Corydalis yanhusuo)
= The Depth
Corydalis yanhusuo is a small flowering plant in the poppy family, native to China and used in traditional Chinese herbal practice for well over a thousand years. Studies have shown that it appears in classical formulas as a calming, body-comfort ingredient, usually alongside other herbs rather than on its own.
That's telling, and it's how we use it. On its own, Corydalis is quiet — you wouldn't notice it. Formulated alongside mitragynine, it rounds the experience out and gives it a body that MIT alone doesn't have. It's the ingredient nobody asks about, and everybody would notice missing.
Paraxanthine = The Clarity
This one deserves a real explanation, because most people haven't heard of it and it's genuinely interesting. Emerging studies have profiled paraxanthine and caffeine.
When you drink coffee, the caffeine doesn't stay caffeine. Your liver converts roughly 80% of it into paraxanthine within about an hour — and paraxanthine is responsible for most of what you actually feel. The alertness, the focus, the lift. Caffeine is largely the delivery vehicle; paraxanthine is the payload.

The catch is that conversion speed varies enormously between people, based on a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. Fast metabolizers turn caffeine into paraxanthine quickly and feel clean energy. Slow metabolizers hold onto unconverted caffeine longer, which is where jitters, a racing heart, and a hard crash tend to come from. If coffee has never sat right with you, this is likely why.
Paraxanthine skips the conversion entirely. You get the compound your body was trying to make, without waiting on an enzyme that may not cooperate. In Mit-OH, that translates to clarity and drive layered over the formula's base — alert rather than wired, and without the second-half slump.
It's also why Mit-OH feels sharper than Acend extract tablets. Different jobs, different ingredients, different results.
Effects & Benefits of Mit-OH
Mit-OH combines a purified mitragynine base with two supporting botanicals, each shaping a different part of the experience. Rather than isolating one compound and pushing it hard, the formula works as a set.
At a lower serving size, users commonly report:
• A direct, clear-headed onset
• Focus and drive without the jittery edge of caffeine
• Relief from lingering discomfort and consistent pain symptoms
• Body ease that complements the lift rather than fighting it
• A steady hold, with a finish that tapers rather than drops
Duration and intensity vary with body chemistry, food, hydration, and tolerance. Start low, assess honestly, adjust slowly. The goal is finding the range that works for you, not the maximum you can handle.
Storage: Cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Seal after each use.
Mit-OH or Acend? A Straight Comparison

How ChromaPure Works
ChromaPure is Real Botanicals' proprietary extraction method, built on RotaChrom CPC purification technology to produce high-purity botanical extracts.
Using liquid-liquid separation instead of traditional solid supports, CPC isolates alkaloids with precision, avoiding heat damage, residue, and degradation. This allows for clean separation and full control over the final composition.
The result is an extract with a consistent, defined alkaloid profile, delivering reliable effects without unwanted contaminants or batch-to-batch variability. The same process that purifies our MIT is what lets us formulate alongside it with confidence — every input is characterized before it ever reaches a tablet.
As leaders in alternative botanicals, we set the standard for premium product manufacturing across our entire selection:
RotaChrom CPC purification
Liquid-liquid extraction, no silica
Recyclable solvents, lower impact
GMP-certified U.S. manufacturing
Batch-level COAs
Full-panel testing on every batch
How to Use Mit-OH Tablets
Mit-OH FAQs
Mit-OH is a mitragynine tablet built for experienced users, combining ChromaPure-purified MIT with Corydalis yanhusuo (13-OH) and paraxanthine. It comes in 150mg and 300mg, split-scored in either half (for 300mg tablets) or in quarters (for 150mg tablets) so you can choose the strength that’s’ right for you.
No. Mit-OH contains no 7-hydroxymitragynine and isn't affected by the DEA scheduling action. It's a multi-botanical formula rather than an isolated compound. It was built for people coming from 7-OH, and it's the closest thing we make — but it isn't a replica, and we'd rather you know that before ordering than after. You can read more about the difference between mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine here.
It's a nod to the category this product was built for, not a compound in the formula. Mit-OH contains mitragynine, Corydalis yanhusuo, and paraxanthine. No 7-hydroxymitragynine.
Start at one serving and treat it as a completely fresh starting point. Do not convert from your previous dose — these are different compounds and the milligram figures don't translate. Taking a 7-OH-equivalent amount of Mit-OH is the single most common way people have a rough first experience.
Paraxanthine is the compound your body converts caffeine into — it's responsible for most of what you feel from coffee. Taking it directly skips the conversion step, which is where jitters and crashes usually originate. Most people find it noticeably cleaner than caffeine.
That said, it's stimulant-class. If you're caffeine-sensitive, start below a full serving and take it earlier in the day.
You can, but ease into it. You're layering a stimulant on a stimulant, and the combined effect is stronger than either alone. Try Mit-OH on its own first so you know what it does before adding anything.
Same MIT foundation, different third ingredient. Acend uses Kanna, which brings a social, mood-lifting quality. Mit-OH uses paraxanthine, which pushes toward focus and drive. Acend is smoother; Mit-OH is more direct. See the full comparison above.
No. This is a concentrated formula for people with an established sense of how kratom affects them. If you're starting out, try our Kratom and Kava Shot or Super Kratom Capsules and build a baseline first.
We won't promise you what regulators do next — we've watched that promise fail. What we can tell you is the distinction the DEA actually used: the scheduling action covered compounds refined from kratom into forms the plant doesn't produce. Mit-OH is a kratom extract formula built from the plant's own alkaloids. That's a different category from what was scheduled, and it's the most honest basis we can offer you. It's designed for intentional use. Concentrated extracts build tolerance, and the paraxanthine adds a second reason to space it out. Work in rest days, and you'll keep both your sensitivity and your sleep. See more about what is kratom extract here.
