Talk with your doctor or pharmacist first. 4-HO-DET is serotonergic, and its interactions with prescription medications have not been adequately studied. Don't stop or alter a prescription medication in order to take Mindless.
Anyone under 21. Anyone pregnant or nursing. Anyone on SSRIs, MAOIs, lithium, tramadol, or other serotonergic medications. Anyone with a personal or family history of psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder — psychedelics can trigger episodes in people who are predisposed, and that's a serious risk rather than a formality. And if you're going through a genuinely hard stretch right now, this isn't the week for the Megadose. Set and setting includes the state you're already in.
Move somewhere safe, quiet, and familiar. Reduce stimulation and stay with a sober, trusted person if possible. Remember that psychoactive effects are temporary.
